The March 1, 2014 Basic Steward Seminar held in Ephrata, WAwas a great success. We had 28 attendees from over 20 different companies attend. The instructor, Myron Sharp, was from the IBT Training and Development Department. The attendees were given training, literature, workbooks and participated in group exercises. The Seminar was highly successful and we look forward to many more trainings.
